For the dough
3 cups flour
1 cup warm water

For the sauce
1 small onion
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tomatoes, peeled & chopped
Oregano, Himalayan pink salt
2 teaspoons tomato paste
Green olives, pitted

Let’s start with the pizza sauce. Heat a little olive oil in a pot and sauté the onions and garlic, adding some oregano and salt. Cook until soft then add the tomatoes. Then add a little water and tomato paste (adding more oregano) and let boil until the sauce becomes a little thick.

Meanwhile, prepare the dough by mixing all the ingredients together. I don’t add any yeast, so you don’t need to let the dough rest. Roll the dough into the desired shape. When done, line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper and sprinkle some flour. Place the dough, spread the pizza sauce on top and finally add the green olives. Cook in preheated oven at 180°C (needs around 20 minutes). Make sure not to overcook or the crust will become hard.

You can get creative with the toppings; try adding green bell peppers, mushrooms, and corn, or whatever you and your family enjoy.

Enjoy and Bon Appétit!
