100 G frozen raspberries
100 G frozen blueberries
200 mL coconut milk
1 banana
½ avocado
1 TBSP chia seeds
1 TBSP flax seeds
2 TBSPs açai berry powder


You can customize your açai bowl by loading it up with your favorite toppings. Here are a few suggestions:

Donna’s journey Crunchy Oats
Sliced banana, or any fruit of choice (blueberries, mango, pineapple)
Coconut flakes
Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds ..
Chopped nuts (like almonds)




Put the açai bowl ingredients in a food processor and whizz until smooth. You end up with a thick and creamy smoothie. Transfer to 2 bowls. Top the bowl with as much or as little of your favorite toppings.

Texture of the açai bowls are best if served immediately. If you’re looking to make them in advance for meal prep purposes, you can blend up the fruit mixture and store it in small containers in the freezer. Let the açaimixture partially thaw, give it a stir and it’s all ready!
