WHAT YOU NEED
½ KG of tenderloin filet
1 onion
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
2 carrots
1/3 cup of apple vinegar
1/3 cup of soy sauce
1/3 cup of honey
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the onion, bell peppers, carrots and filet julienne. Cook the filet on low fire spraying black pepper and 7 spices. When done, add the carrots first for 10 minutes, then add all the bell peppers and onions. I enjoy this dish when the bell peppers and onions are a bit crunchy but it’s up to you. On the side, prepare the sauce then add it and leave til it boils. Serve it with Basmati rice. Enjoy and Bon Appétit!
