WHAT YOU NEED
3 cups oats
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons coconut flakes
1 cup almonds, cashews, raisins, sunflower seeds and/or pumpkin seeds (choose whatever you like from these)

INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-heat the oven at 180°C. Mix the first 5 ingredients well using a spoon. Spread out mixture in a baking pan and place in pre-heated oven. Remove every 5 minutes and mix again. Remove from oven when oats are roasted. Add in the almonds, cashews, raisins, sunflower or pumpkin seeds (whatever you are using). I usually add sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and raisins. You can place them with the mixture in oven last 5 minutes to get them slightly roasted. This cereal is great with milk or yogurt. You can also top it off with goji berries. Enjoy and Bon Appétit!
