½ KG beef, cut into cubes
2 small onions, cut small
6 fresh tomatoes, cut small
3 cans of white beans
4-6 tablespoons tomato paste
4 garlic cloves, crushed
Handful of coriander, finely chopped




Cook the beef adding salt and ground all-pepper (when beef is half cooked). Then when beef is done, add the onions. Mix well, and let the onions cook. When done, add the tomatoes. Let cook for around 15 minutes on medium heat. Then add water to cover (a little higher, around 2 cm). Let boil for 30-40 minutes then add the beans and tomato paste and stir well. On the side, mix the coriander with the garlic and add to the pot. Let cook for around 15 minutes. Serve with vermicelli rice and squeeze some lemon on top. Enjoy and Bon Appétit!
