WHAT YOU NEED
200 g artichoke hearts, chopped
2 teaspoons olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds
Pinch of sumac
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil the artichoke hearts in water until tender. When done, chop them and mix them with the olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl, then gently fold in the pumpkin seeds. Garnish with sumac. Enjoy and Bon Appétit!
