There’s this book that I am currently reading (my uncle recommended it and I thank him for that) that is an eye opener about how our digestive system works and what we should and should not eat. Here’s a picture of the book that I highly recommend. Although it is a bit scientific, but at some point it highlights the scientific explanation in simple terms, so keep reading. As soon as I am done with reading the book, I’m planning on posting the key points, stay tuned!
