WHAT YOU NEED
1 KG chicken breast
8 medium sized potatoes
2 boxes mushrooms (around 400g)
2 medium sized onions
To clean the chicken, soak it in water and white vinegar for around 15 minutes. Then cut the chicken to cubes, and marinate it with chicken seasoning, oregano, all season-salt, olive oil and teriyaki sauce. I usually just keep adding until all chicken cubes are well covered. Leave to marinate for few hours. Meanwhile, cut the onions, mushroom and potatoes to cubes. Mix all together adding the same seasoning as the chicken.
Mix all well and place in pre-heated oven (200°C). It needs around 45 minutes, depending on your oven. Enjoy and Bon Appétit!
