BANANA, CHOCOLATE MUFFINS

WHAT YOU NEED

¾ cups flour
¼ cup cacao powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 ½ medium bananas
½ cup almond milk
1/6 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 180°C. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cacao powder, baking powder and baking soda. In a separate bowl, combine the mashed banana, vanilla extract, almond milk, olive oil and maple syrup. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Don’t over mix or muffins will become rubbery. Spoon the muffin mixture into the prepared muffin tin. Cook in oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Enjoy and Bon Appétit!
