WHAT YOU NEED
0.6 KGs potatoes, cut round 2 cm thick
2 teaspoons thyme
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup vegetable broth (homemade)
2 garlic cloves
Himalayan salt

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 260°C. Toss the potatoes in the mixture of salt and thyme and bake for 20 minutes (10 minutes each side). Flip again and add the vegetable broth, lemon juice and garlic. Bake for another 10 minutes. Enjoy and Bon Appétit!
