PURSLANE/BAKLEH SALAD

WHAT YOU NEED

1 bunch purslane
1 small white onion
1 small tomato

DRESSING

Olive oil
Lemon juice
Salt
Sumac

INSTRUCTIONS

Pull purslane leaves off of stems and discard stems. Wash thoroughly. Slice the onion into thin strips and dice the tomato to small cubes. Combine all. Prepare the dressing on the side (measurements to taste). Shake well and add it to the salad. Enjoy and Bon Appétit!
