Minted Labneh Dip

WHAT YOU NEED

1 cup labneh 1 TSP dried mint or 1 TBSP fresh mint, chopped  1 TSP dried zaatar/thyme 2 cucumbers, cut in half Pomegranate seeds Salt and olive oil to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small bowl, mix the labneh, olive oil, mint, zaatar and salt. Mix in the cucumbers or add it in as a topping. Spread the labneh mixture on toast or bread. Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds on top. You can even enjoy it as a dip. Bon Appétit!
