WHAT YOU NEED
½ KG american loubieh/green beans
1 medium sized onion
Himalayan salt
Sweet pepper
Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the onions long and thin. Cook in a deep pan on low with olive oil until soft. Meanwhile, peel the loubieh and cut in half (and wash well). Then add the loubieh to the onions. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Cook on low fire for about an hour (until loubieh is soft). Then add olive oil and keep on low fire for another 10 minutes. Enjoy and Bon Appétit!
