WHAT YOU NEED
2 cups labneh
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped (or dried mint)
2 teaspoons dried zaatar/thyme
½ teaspoon salt
1 cucumber, cut into thin cubes
¼ cup pomegranate seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bow, mix the labneh, olive oil, mint, zaatar and salt. Mix in the cucumbers. Spread the labneh mixture on toast or bread. Sprinkle with pomegranate. Enjoy and Bon Appétit!
